  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unused, packed in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • We accept returns only for items bought directly from Manya Group Industries’ official website or through authorised dealers.

  • However, products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

  We aim to make the return process smooth, quick, and customer-friendly, ensuring your satisfaction at every step.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacements & Exchanges

• Defective or damaged products (on arrival) will be replaced free of cost.

• To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
